2oz hibiscus concentrate
2.5oz seltzer
1/2oz ginger syrup
1/2oz pineapple juice
1/4oz lemon juice
100g fresh chopped ginger
100g white sugar
100g water
Blend, strain and bottle
1 bag of hibiscus tea, 16oz 212F water, steep for 6 minutes
Fill a glass with ice. Combine concentrate, ginger syrup, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Top with seltzer or tonic water.
