Our green teas come directly from small producers in Japan and China—farms we visit and collaborate with each season. Each lot is milled or pan-fired at origin for clean, vivid flavor and full traceability from field to cup.
Yes. Every tea in this collection is grown without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Each producer follows traditional, low-input farming methods that protect the soil and preserve the tea’s natural character.
Use 2 grams per 8 ounces of water heated to around 175°F (80°C). Steep for 1–2 minutes, then taste. Green tea is delicate—short infusions highlight sweetness and umami, while longer steeps bring more body.
Both come from the same plant. Matcha is shade-grown and stone-milled into a fine powder you whisk and drink whole; green tea leaves are simply steeped. Each offers a different texture, energy, and expression of place.
