• 5g Rose Tisane, 150g of 200F water
• 12g strawberry syrup (see recipe below)
• 8g of lemon juice
• 100 seltzer water
Steep 5g of Rose Tisane in 150g of 200F water for 5 minutes. Leave to chill.
To a glass, add the steeped Rose, 12g of strawberry syrup, 8g of lemon juice and 100g of seltzer water.
Add ice and garnish with lemon and orange.
• 150g fresh strawberries chopped
• 100g white sugar
• Macerate for 24 hours and strain.
