A better chai latte with small batch chai con and textured local milk.

1 | DOSE CHAI CON.

Using a volumetric cup, dose chai con at 1/3 the volume of the latte. For a 12 oz latte, that's 4 oz.
Our chai is a 1:2 concentrate; adjust for any size drink.

2 | ADD CON TO CUP.

Pour chai con into latte cup.

3 | STEAM MILK.

Steam your preferred milk (we prefer pastured whole milk from a neighborhood farmer). Steam just past the point of glossy wet paint; there's more chai than a typical espresso shot, so thicker, foamier milk is a good thing.

4 | INTRODUCE MILK TO CON.

Pour per a traditional latte.

5 |  GARNISH.

Apply a fine dusting of good powdered cinnamon, or another on-theme garnish.
