- 0.75 oz (22 ml)masala chai
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz (235 ml) rice milk
Measure out .5 ounces (15 ml) of sweetened condensed milk, and add to bottom of volumetric mixing glass.
Measure out .75 ounces (22 ml) of chai concentrate, and add to mixing glass.
Measure out 8 ounces (235 ml) of rice milk, and add to mixing glass.

Stir vigorously with a bar spoon until fully combined.
Fill a 12 ounce glass with good ice and pour mixture (9 ounces) over.
Dust with ground cinnamon and whole cinnamon bark.
1| Combine 1/3 cup of long grain white rice with 1 cup filtered water. Don't rinse the rice.
2| Let soak overnight.
3|Blend to creamy consistency (1-2 minutes).
4|Strain through cheese cloth over mesh sieve. Or don't for creamier texture.
