  • Ingredients

    - 2 5 grams of Matcha Sonogi
    - 1/2oz sweetener, we're using a mix of honey and lavender
    - 1/4oz choice of citrus, we're using fresh lemon juice
    - 6oz of your favorite sparkling water

    1| Prepare Matcha

    Whisk 2g of Matcha Sonogiwith 50ml of water at 170F.

    2| Assemble

    Prepare your matcha, add your sweetener and citrus, add your bubbles, ice, and layer your matcha on top. Enjoy!

    *Tip

    For the sweetener, things that go well with spring or summer are a perfect choice here. Make some nice floral syrups and test your favorite combinations!
