  • Ingredients

    - 2 grams ofMatcha Anshun
    - 1 1/2oz pineapple juice
    - fat 1/4 oz lime juice
    - 25g cream of coconut
    - 10 drops 20% salt solution (or a pinch of salt)

    1| Prepare Matcha

    Whisk 2g of Matcha Anshunwith 50ml of water at 170F.

    2| Assemble

    ADD INTO A SHAKER:

    Matcha
    Pineapple juice
    Lime Juice
    Cream of coconut
    Salt
    Pebble ice

    3| Whip Shake

    Add ice into the shaker and whip shake. Pour into a rocks glass, top it off with pebble ice, and garnish with a lime wheel!
