- 120g Hugo Masala Chai
- 120g orange juice
- 50g salted vanilla cold foam (recipe below)
How to prepare your salted vanilla cold foam:
• 50g heavy cream
• 30g vanilla syrup
• 10 drops salt solution (80g water, 20g salt)
• *also really good with a few drops of coconut extract if that's your thing!
• Whip this mix up in a bottle until it's a softer, creamy foam
Combine 120g of Masala Chai and 120g orange juice in a glass with ice.
Whip the cold foam in a bottle and squeeze onto the top of the chai & OJ mixture.
