- 3 grams Sonogi Matcha
- 40 grams strawberry syrup
- 200 grams fresh strawberries
- 200 ml milk
- 133 grams white sugar
200g fresh strawberries, washed and diced.
133g white sugar.
Mix these ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 24-48 hours.
Blend, strain and bottle.
Whisk 3g of Matcha Sonogi with 50ml of water at 170F.
Fill a 16oz glass with ice.
Add in 40gof strawberry syrup, 200ml of milk, a pinch of salt (optional).
Top with matcha.
